Tomi Lahren Attacks Beyonce For Colin Kaepernick Award, BeyHive Swarms

On Tuesday (Dec. 5) night, Beyoncé made a surprise appearance to present Colin Kaepernick with the Sports Illustrated Muhammad Ali Legacy Award.

While onstage, Bey said in her speech: "Thank you, Colin Kaepernick. Thank you for your selfless heart and your conviction. Thank you for your personal sacrifice. Colin took action with no fear of consequence or repercussion only hope to change the world for the better. To change perception, to change the way we treat each other, especially people of color."

When Kap took his trophy, he added: "I say this as a person who receives credit for using my platform to protest systemic oppression, racialized injustice and the dire consequences of anti-blackness in America. I accept this award not for myself, but on behalf of the people. Because if it were not for my love of the people, I would not have protested. And if it was not for the support from the people, I would not be on this stage today. With or without the NFL's platform, I will continue to work for the people because my platform is the people."

As expected, Queen Bey bestowing this honor to Kap was a controversial move. Many loved the fact that the superstar did this, while others slammed Bey for doing so. One person who didn't appreciate this act was Tomi Lahren. Surprise, surprise...

"Police-hating Beyoncé presents police and America-hating Kappy with a 'legacy' award. This is how far we’ve fallen. Wow," the conservative tweeted. See it below.

Doesn't Lahren know that when you come for Queen Bey, the BeyHive will swarm? That's exactly what happened! Check out some Twitter reactions from Bey's die-hard supporters below.
